Shipping policy

 

Every order is packaged by hand from our little office. We don't have huge automated warehouses of stock, so please allow 2-5 working days on top of your estimated shipping time for us to get your order packaged and shipped. You should always receive an email once your order has been sent.

UK Shipping 

This website calculates shipping based on weight and size. UK orders are sent via second class Royal Mail Signed For Delivery as standard.

International Shipping

 

International orders are now sent using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Royal Mail estimates 3-5 working days for European deliveries and 5-7 working days for the rest of the world (Africa, Americas, Asia, Oceania). This does not include the 2-3 days handling time before shipping mentioned above.

International shipping rates can vary from country to country, so we always try to ensure our shipping rates are as realistic as possible. However, sometimes the website's calculation isn't quite correct, so if we find you've overpaid for shipping we will upgrade the shipping to the highest level available based on the amount paid automatically. Customs

 

Please be aware we are not responsible for any import charges/taxes incurred once out for delivery. Koguchi Press is based in the UK, which has infamously left the European Union, causing additional charges and customs rates for many international deliveries that previously did not exist.

Please check with your local/state customs information and find out what charges you may have to pay before ordering. Any additional customs charges will not be included in your shipping costs but will be chargeable to you when the order arrives at your border.

Shipping Times

The expected delivery time for an order is set out in the order confirmation. In case of a delay in delivery, we will inform you and continue to monitor the order. You may cancel the order if a delivery is delayed for more than 30 days and the delay is not due to you.

Depending on the delivery method you may be required to pick up the order at a specific delivery point. You are required to do so within the time specified in the notification of delivery. If you do not pick up the delivery in time you may be charged a fee and the order may be sent back to us at your expense. We may also cancel the order if the delivery is not picked up in time.
